Zenkido-Te literally means “a way of achieving inner peace, vitality and courage through the practice of martial arts.” It is the true spirit of martial arts.


The primary goal of Zenkido-Te is to prepare practitioners to defend themselves against the most common and omnipresent enemies which also influence one’s performance. These enemies are physical and mental ills as well as anger, fear and inner conflict. In addition, in regards to self-defence, we are sure that if students follow the principles of Zenkido-Te rightfully, they will be able to defend themselves against human aggression if justly needed.


This is the most demanding discipline of the three and is well suited to kids, teenagers and young to middle-aged adults. It is built on three principles of right understanding, right practice and right living.

Tai Chi Chuan-Tao is an enhanced Yang style method comprised of eight forms. Each form is a complete set of postures practiced on both the left and right sides.


This practice develops harmony between the left and right sides of the body and the two hemispheres of the brain.


Practice of the forms is also coordinated with Chi Kung-Yoga Energetics to improve flexibility and physical strength.


Through the practice of Tai Chi, you can overcome many physical, mental and/or emotional health problems and experience a rejuvenating effect on the mind and body.

This program focuses on the art and science of the formation, transformation and distribution of the internal energy based on yogic philosophy and Eastern internal medicine.


Its aim is to improve your physical and mental health, increase vitality, extend longevity, reduce stress and strengthen the body’s natural resistance to the health problems associated with a modern world.


To achieve these goals, it emphasizes on relaxation techniques, flowing movements and forms, breathing, concentration, meditation, nutrition and knowledge.

All of these unique systems - Zenkido-Te, Tai Chi Chuan-Tao and Chi Kung-Yoga Energetics - have been developed by Sensei Yula over 36 years of teaching and practicing martial arts and healing arts.
